At Sunrise, our Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking to bring on a Casual/On Call Team Member to assist with picking up call-offs and vacations. Candidates with open availability have the potential to pick up PT/FT hours in our Memory Care neighborhood.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families by assisting with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and understanding their preferences and personalities.
• Notify management of changes in resident conditions and recommend care adjustments.
• Assist residents with life skills and activities as indicated on their profiles.
• Integrate multi-sensory experiences into residents' daily routines.
• Participate in developing and updating Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Responsibly oversee a designated group of residents during shifts, ensuring their well-being.
• Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
• Encourage and assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.
• Uphold the Principles of Service in serving residents and guests.

Qualifications:

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Good decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
