What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the key point of contact for patients, providing information and education on program services
  2. Manage patient services to ensure timely access to therapy and support for prescription drug coverage
  3. Collaborate with team members to coordinate the patient journey and onboarding process
  4. Interact with insurance companies and pharmacies to provide optimal reimbursement assistance
  5. Report adverse events and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary or Associate degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
  2. Experience in a customer service setting
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  5. Bilingualism (English/French) is required for positions in Quebec

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Experience in third-party reimbursement, call center, or pharmaceutical sales
  3. Familiarity with medical information and reimbursement processes
  4. Previous experience using a CRM system
  5. Project management skills and knowledge of SalesForce.com
