Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key contact for patients, providing education and support regarding program services.
  • Coordinate patient services efficiently to ensure timely access to therapy.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate the patient journey and onboarding process.
  • Manage coverage to maximize prescription drug benefits, interacting regularly with insurance providers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Handle prescription coordination, adverse event reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Experience and Education: Bilingual in English and French (asset, required for Quebec), customer service experience.

Assets: Post-secondary education, experience in reimbursement, healthcare, or pharmacy, CRM systems knowledge, project management, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or health insurance are assets.

Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to change.
