Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Key point of contact for patients
  • Contact patients to gather information and educate patients on program services
  • Be a reimbursement expert in your assigned caseload territory
  • Educate patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support
  • Ensure coordination of patient services in a timely manner for rapid and continuous access to therapy
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate the patient journey and onboarding
  • Manage coverage to maximize and maintain prescription drug coverage
  • Interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals for reimbursement support
  • Coordinate prescriptions (initial and renewal)
  • Report adverse events
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Experience and Educational Requirements :

Requirements :

  • Bilingualism (English / French) is an asset; required for Quebec
  • Experience in customer service

Assets :

  • Post-secondary education (certificate, diploma, or degree)
  • Experience in reimbursement, call centers, or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support
  • Understanding of medical information
  • Knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement (asset)
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com (asset)
  • Experience in health insurance or pharmacy (asset)
