Job summary

One You Love Homecare provides compassionate, non-medical in-home support to help clients maintain independence and dignity. As a caregiver, you will offer companionship, personal care support, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Flexible scheduling across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights is available, with training and advancement opportunities. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus benefits like direct deposit, early pay, and retirement

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Negative TB test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and mobility.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary

• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

Physical Requirements
