Job summary

One You Love Homecare Rockwall - Heath is seeking a Homecare Provider for companionship roles, making impactful connections with clients. You will assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and flexibility in scheduling. Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour, with a focus on quality care and client independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in homecare or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic understanding of personal care and safety protocols.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
• Administer medication reminders as needed and monitor client well-being.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments and outings.
