Kensington Health is seeking a Personal Care Attendant for the Night shift at Kensington Hospice. The PCA provides direct personal care to residents, supporting independence, safety and comfort within an end-of-life care setting.
You will work with the interdisciplinary team to assist with ADLs, follow the resident's care plan, participate in training, and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive environment.

Kensington Hospice, a division of The Kensington Health Centre, is a not-for-profit, community organization providing care to individuals and their families at end-of-life, in a home-like environment. The dedicated team and volunteers of Kensington Hospice strive to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs experienced when approaching end-of-life. Bereavement after care is also offered to families. Services are delivered with the commitment to enhance quality of life at the end of life.
The Personal Care Attendant (PCA), reporting to the Executive Director, Community, Hospice and Palliative Care, provides direct personal care to the residents, in a manner that provides for independence, support, and safety.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the PCA will assist with all aspects of the residents’ activities of daily living (ADLs) as required and will advance quality of care, safety and the experience of people we serve.
