How Youll Make an Impact

  • Report to the Manager Customer Experience and Direct Sales.
  • Act as point of contact for new and existing customers.
  • Engage customers on both inbound and outbound calls to determine a service solution or product recommendation to match their needs.
  • Answer questions and guide customers accordingly.
  • Discuss features and options for mortgages and deposits products with customers.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience Underwriting Recoveries Mortgage Servicing Accounting and other teams.
  • Provide the Manager Customer Experience and Direct Sales with early identification of risk trends and opportunities.
  • Engage and participate in all team meetings activies and coaching.

What You Bring to the Table

  • You have a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business / commerce) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience and expertise in managing mortgage renewals or customer retention portfolios is an asset.
