Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed where appropriate.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and recommends tailored solutions addressing sales and service needs.
• Offers clients guidance on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Supports customer transactions and engages customers to grow BMO's business within the community.
• Ensures compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements in the lending process.
