Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
  • Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience with every interaction and contribute to ongoing branch improvements.
  • Lead customer onboarding to help clients become digitally enabled, build banking capabilities, and start their savings and investing journey.
  • Act as the primary branch representative, welcoming customers, addressing needs, and guiding them to suitable colleagues or partners for seamless service.
  • Educate and activate Digital advice to enable customers to self-serve effectively.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and own solutions, involving experts when necessary.
  • Promote TD Bank products and services aligned with customer needs, focusing on Everyday Banking, personal unsecured lending, and investing.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer issues, coordinating with knowledgeable colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain a professional and inviting branch environment, adhering to guidelines.
  • Support frontline transactions, ensuring quality customer experiences and relationship building.
SHAREHOLDER
  • Contribute to business objectives through advice opportunities and referrals for growth.
  • Promote the full suite of products and services.
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.
  • Support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and regulations, including AML.
EMPLOYEE / TEAM
  • Participate actively in team activities, supporting a positive environment and communication.
  • Collaborate to achieve team goals and support diversity and inclusion.
  • Enhance personal knowledge and participate in performance and development activities.
  • Keep team informed and contribute to a fair, inclusive workplace.
BREADTH & DEPTH
  • Offer service and advice across a range of products and services.
  • Understand the full product suite and provide guidance and solutions to customers and partners.
  • Support team objectives and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Suggest process improvements and explain complex information effectively.
  • Typically report to an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
