Job Description: Do you excel at establishing and maintaining impactful relationships with customers? Do you enjoy helping with financial needs? We seek a Personal Banking Associate for our branch who can guide customers to the right staff for their banking queries, including new accounts, investments, and solutions. Do you think you have what it takes?

Typical Daily Activities:

  • Engage customers with advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions
  • Understand customer needs and guide them to the right contact while exercising good judgment in confidential matters
  • Build confidence in digital banking by educating customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking
  • Support frontline staff with scheduled transactions; resolve critical issues; report non-standard matters
  • Suggest improvements to work practices and branch processes to enhance customer experience
  • Complete business processes and procedures accurately and timely
  • Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and complies with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics
  • Promote a positive work environment, participate in personal development, and share industry knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – within 6 months of appointment
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, branch software, and internet
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communicator with customer experience skills
