Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field.
• Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (Canada only).
• Confident and experienced with social media, tablets and smartphones.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of banking solutions and ability to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Welcome and guide customers in-branch and promote digital/self-serve options.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Support branch operations, risk controls, and adherence to compliance policies.
• Contribute to achieving branch business results and positive customer experience.
