Job Description
CUSTOMER
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding TD products, services, policies, and procedures, especially in personal and business banking.
  • Provide sound advice to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Discover customer needs through thoughtful questions and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Enhance customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue.
  • Engage in outreach via phone, email, and other channels for portfolio updates and opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitive offers.
  • Support a professional and inviting branch environment.
  • Assist with transactions and act as escalation point when needed.
SHAREHOLDER
  • Contribute to business growth by attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers and advice opportunities.
  • Promote the full suite of products and services.
  • Support operational excellence and ensure process accuracy.
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating high-risk activities.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in process improvements and stay informed on regulatory changes.
EMPLOYEE / TEAM
  • Support a positive team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Enhance personal knowledge and participate in development activities.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to team success.

Breadth & Depth
  • Provide complex advice on transactions and products.

  • Require formal certifications such as IFIC or CSC; CFSA to be completed upon hire.
Experience And / Or Education
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Certifications: IFIC or CSC; CFSA to be completed after hire.
  • Post-secondary degree preferred.
