Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options.
  • Engage with customers through thoughtful questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
  • Enhance customer confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain professional and compliant spaces in line with marketing and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and participate in process improvements.
  • Strive to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulations and reflects business intentions accurately.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, mentor colleagues, and communicate effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
  • Experience in real estate secured lending and/or investments is an asset.
  • Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
