They are proud to be a household name across Scotland, and as they continue to grow, they are looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable PA to support the Managing Director.

This is a part-time role offering 24 hours per week with the flexibility to fit around your life. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in a successful, values-driven business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and right-hand to the MD including managing personal projects and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel and key communications.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and high-quality correspondence.
  • Supporting business projects, tracking actions and following up.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Attending board meetings, capturing key decisions and creating action plans for follow-up.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a senior PA or EA role
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism and initiative
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confident working independently
