CATHOLIC EDUCATION CENTRE – Full Time

Category F – 12 month

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, working in a team environment, the Payroll Administrator's responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payrolls using HRIS and SFE Software. Responsibilities also include coordination and verification of payroll documents, reconciliation of remittances, production of ROEs, processing timesheets, handling payroll inquiries, and administering pension and benefits.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduation Diploma, Business & Commerce, and completion of or studies towards the Canadian Payroll Association Certificate program.
  • One year of previous payroll experience is required; current payroll experience is preferred.
  • Computer skills capable of performing complex salary calculations using Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Salary

$50,887.20 - $56,565.66
