Job summary

Aurea Heikkila is seeking a self-motivated Domestic housekeeper in Richmond, BC to start promptly. This permanent, full-time role offers Day, Evening and Morning shifts, 35–40 hours per week at $19.00 hourly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to 1 year of related experience, fluent English, ability to lift up to 23 kg, and a strong focus on reliability, cleanliness and safety in a private home setting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.

• Stock the linen closet.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Mend clothing and linens.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Go shopping for food and household supplies.
• Clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Clean changing rooms and showers.
