ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Courier in Burnaby, BC to join the Operations Department supporting Logistics and Delivery Teams. You will be responsible for timely pickups and deliveries, scanning packages, and resolving issues with Dispatch and customers.

The role requires a valid Class 5 driver's license with at least 3 years of driving, minimal demerit points, and completion of Defensive Driving and Courier Methods training. This is a permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License for at least 3 years.
• No more than four demerit points on Driver's Abstract.
• Must pass Defensive Driving and Courier Methods training.
• Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with Dispatch and customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily schedules.
• Scan packages/mail as received, delivered, or returned to the depot at the end of the day.
• Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR)
• Advise the unit manager when inspections fail.
