Are you currently working as a Staff Nurse or Community Nurse but would like the opportunity to become a Practice Nurse? If the answer is yes, then we can help you make this rare opportunity become a reality. Dream are working closely with a busy surgery in High Wycombe who are able to offer the opportunity to complete the transition.

An essential requirement is you must come from a staff nurse background or community nurse background. Desirable skills are wound care, dressings, diabetes, and hypotension but not essential as full training can be provided.

The Surgery offers access to all relevant courses and clinical updates along with a dedicated mentor to ease you into the role. The position offers 20-25 hours a week and they can be flexible on the days, along with excellent rates of pay and NHS pension scheme.
