Job description

NHS 111 Pathways Trainer – London W10

Dream Medical are currently working with a Not for profit organisation in recruiting both Non Clinical and Clinical Trainers for their site in West London.

Your job as a Pathways Trainer will be to facilitate the development of NHS 111 Training, including the development of staff, improving skills and competencies to develop individual, team and organisational performance in line with organisational objectives.

You will contribute to the development of a skilled 111 workforce and facilitate a range of education, training and learning opportunities.

You will support the 111 Clinical Lead in ensuring our client meets obligations around training and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) required to remain compliant with the NHS Pathways License.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. You must be either a 1st level registered nurse (NMC) or state registered paramedic (HCPC) with post registration experience.
  2. You will also have successfully attended the “NHS Pathways Coach course” and have knowledge of auditing.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
