With exceptional verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills, you will be responsible for building a solid perm recruitment desk with a focus on your specialties.What you doReporting to the Branch Manager, the Perm 360 Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for but not limited to :

• Marketing and market strategy.
• Account management.
• Superior client service and delivery.
• Full Cycle (360) Recruitment.
• Candidate management.
• Client account history management.
• Assist with preparation of growth projections, monthly / annual operational forecasts.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on results and objectives, plan versus actual workloads and results and ratios.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure all documentation, systems, policies and procedures relating to quality control are being adhered to.

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and sales in permanent placement.
• University Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to translate market intelligence into tangible results.
• Experience with coordinating and managing challenging projects with proven results.
