Job summary

Aches Away Toronto is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our perinatal and motherhood care program in downtown Toronto. This independent-contractor role offers a 70% revenue split on Motherhood bookings, with no ramp-up period for eligible program bookings and a room contribution structure.

Build a focused perinatal practice within our existing Motherhood at Aches Away program, with online booking, remote reception support and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the CMTO.
• Professional liability insurance of at least $5 million.
• Genuine interest in fertility-related care, prenatal massage and postpartum recovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop a perinatal-focused practice within the Motherhood program.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and perinatal massage services in a busy downtown clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and leverage program marketing and online booking.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.
