Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a senior performance testing specialist in Toronto with 7+ years of hands-on experience in load and performance testing. You will leverage JMeter and Dynatrace to analyze thread/heap dumps and optimize system performance. Familiarity with NFT concepts, SRE practices, and chaos engineering is a plus.

The role is hybrid (2 days a week) and full-time, based in Toronto, Ontario. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reliability in BFSI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing, focusing on JMeter.
• Expert in JMeter and Dynatrace tooling.
• Expert in thread dump and heap dump analysis.
• Experience with performance engineering methodologies.
• Knowledge of NFT, SRE, and chaos engineering concepts.
