The Team

The Quality Engineering team works in partnership with other Technology Functions and the Business to ensure quality delivery of our products. The team works in an Agile environment and is located globally. We are independent in driving decisions and focused on continuously improving customer experience, enabling operations, and driving revenue growth through high-quality, fast-paced development.

Responsibilities And Impact

  • Lead performance testing efforts across Web, Windows, Mobile, API, and Services platforms, leveraging tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Design and implement predictive workload models based on production data insights (e.g., Kibana, Google Analytics).
  • Perform in-depth system monitoring and root cause analysis across application stack layers using tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, and SolarWinds DPA.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Architects, and Product Engineering to improve system health, observability, and responsiveness through SRE best practices.
  • Innovate in test automation and diagnostics, contributing to faster product delivery without compromising quality.
  • Engage in a dynamic, global team culture that emphasizes agility, innovation, and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or PG degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing/engineering or software development.
  • Strong experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and tools like DevTools, Fiddler, and various APM platforms (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog).
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, C#, Python, .NET.

  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
  • Passion for quality, performance, and innovation.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with protocols like Web(HTTP/HTML), Ajax Truclient, Citrix, .NET.
  • Experience in databases (SQL Server, Cassandra, MongoDB, Postgres) and message brokers (Kafka).
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, and modern JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot and VS Code.
  • Knowledge of organizational security policies related to MCPs.

  • Ability to lead and mentor others in performance testing best practices.
