About this Role

We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our paid and organic acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll take ownership of Google Ads, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing, playing a critical part in attracting new customers and driving qualified traffic across markets.

Equal parts analytical and creative, you're someone who thrives in data but also knows how to craft compelling ads and copy and identify new growth opportunities. You’ll manage campaigns, monitor performance, optimize results, and help scale core channels that fuel the brand’s momentum.

You’ll also work closely with additional paid platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, contributing to strategy and performance insights while helping expand our acquisition footprint across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

  • Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads across Search, Pmax, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Conduct keyword research to guide campaign structure and ad copy
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and overall efficiency
  • Maintain and update Google Merchant Centre, including product titles, descriptions, feed accuracy, and groupings
  • Refresh creative and copy assets regularly
  • Lead on-page SEO updates, including meta titles and descriptions across multiple languages
  • Conduct keyword audits and competitor research to inform product and blog content
  • Use SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to monitor performance and surface opportunities
  • Flag and support fixes for crawl issues, broken links (404s), and indexing gaps with the e-commerce team
  • Support backlink efforts and identify opportunities to boost organic visibility

Affiliate Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Impact affiliate program
  • Identify high-potential partners and placements to drive acquisition
  • Maintain affiliate contracts, terms, and coordinate custom offers for key partners
  • Collaborate with the influencer team to align on creator partnerships, track performance, and guide partners to drive revenue

Support Across Paid Channels

  • Assist in setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Write campaign briefs and ad copy tailored to platform, audience, and goals
  • Support creative testing across messaging, visuals, and CTAs, and share insights

Reporting & Insights

  • Track performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and ad platform dashboards
  • Share regular reports and insights to inform optimizations and identify opportunities

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or other paid media tools
  • Strong interest in e-commerce with a solid understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital acquisition strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions
  • Creative thinker with solid copywriting skills and an eye for compelling messaging and ad concepts
  • Experience crafting & implementing SEO best-practices across product pages, landing pages and content
  • Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms like Impact
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bonus : experience working across international markets or on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
