The Opportunity

SAIT's Marketing team is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist!

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Recruitment, you will coordinate and champion marketing and digital campaigns in support of your assigned schools, departments, and programs. You are a creative and tactical marketingprofessional with a track record for inbound campaigns that drive customer/student acquisition.

You are a trend-seeker, and more importantly, a trend-setter. Your campaigns are cutting-edge and innovative. As a member of the Marketing team, you are responsible for envisioning, developing and leading marketing campaigns thatgenerate leads. As a performance marketing specialist, you will utilize social media, web, mobile and traditional marketing channels to reach your target audiences. Targeting is key to your success. You never run a campaign withouta way to measure it with a keen focus on customer acquisition as the most important metric. You analyze yourcampaigns and make adjustments along the way.

You have exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and partnerships withvarious stakeholders including prospective students, parents, alumni, partners, faculty, staff, and suppliers. In ensuringclient satisfaction, you show a passion for quality and attention to detail. You are recognized as a community and consensus builder and work to create a collaborative environment leading to extensive stakeholder buy-in andengagement. You are patient when you need to be, and bold when the objectives require it.


The Role
  • Recruitment Marketing:
  • Coordinate and appropriately resource internal and external creative partners inthe campaign process.
  • Determine the channel, audience targeting or segmentation,density, and the creative concept/message and call to action foreach campaign.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and respond as appropriate, includingmaking adjustments mid-campaign.
  • Managing the content and creative components including workingwith other team members and/or vendors in production.

  • Stakeholder Services:
  • Initiate collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to sourceand verify content, build copy and creative.
  • Ensure project planning includes stakeholder input andconsiderations.
  • Foster a client-centered approach in all aspects of the work we do.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in marketing, business or related education.
  • Minimum 5 years directly related work experience in digital marketing, including projectcoordination and managing approval processes.
  • Digital Marketing Certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) or equivalent certification consideredan asset.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Skills Required
  • Direct, hands-on experience in implementing and managing successful paid advertising campaignsincluding pay-per-click advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google,Programmatic Display and others.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in toolslike Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and analytics dashboards is essential.
  • An adaptable mindset to adjust strategies based on evolving industry standards. Demonstrate aninnovative and agile approach in testing new strategies.
  • A strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, keyword research, and optimization strategies
  • Project management and client services skills, collaborative team member, and able tomanage multiple client projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain quality control and consistency in thelook and feel of SAIT’s institutional campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and email marketing is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing and proofing skills.
  • Ability to present publicly to large and small audiences on marketing strategies, trends, and the workthat we do.
  • Working-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $59,471.75 - $70,838.30
