In this role, you will: Translate business, customer, and campaign objectives into clear digital media plans across channels such as paid social and other performance-oriented environments. Manage core executional details of campaigns, including audience setup, asset trafficking, tagging coordination, quality assurance, calendar alignment, and handoff to agency or platform partners as required. Monitor campaign performance closely and use data to identify opportunities for optimization in targeting, placements, bids, creative rotation, landing experience, or budget allocation. Design and support test-and-learn plans to improve media efficiency and effectiveness, helping the business learn what combinations of audience, message, channel, and asset are driving the best outcomes. Own performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation for campaigns, building clear summaries of what is working, what is not, and what actions are recommended next. Manage budgets and media stewardship carefully, ensuring investments are tracked accurately, aligned to approved plans, and optimized toward measurable return. Partner with brand, sales, content, and analytics teams to ensure digital media plans connect with broader go-to-market strategies and consumer journeys. Work closely with agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are implemented and optimized in line with approved strategy, technical requirements, and business priorities.
