Tried and True Media (TNT) is a fully remote digital direct response agency in the health, wellness, and beauty space, having generated over $1.2B in sales for clients. We are seeking a creative yet data-driven direct response marketer to drive performance for our top-spending clients across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

As a Performance Marketing Manager at TNT, you will analyze the client’s entire funnel—from ad view to click, conversion, and LTV—identify bottlenecks, and develop hypotheses to overcome them. You will lead a team comprising a media buyer, creative producer, copywriters, and video editors, all focused on generating high-ROAS sales and scaling client spend.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients spending $2M-$5M/month, primarily on Meta and Google, aiming to improve campaign effectiveness and scale.
