About the Team and the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEM, Digital Marketing Strategist to shape and implement strategies for emerging social ads channels. Their core responsibility will be to leverage large data sets to analyze and test opportunities, including testing image models and advanced catalog curation logic for dynamic product ads. This role is crucial for developing efficient advertising strategies and advancing social media marketing efforts within eBay's Performance Marketing organization.

What You Will Accomplish:
  • Develop strategies for emerging social ad channels, focusing on dynamic product ads.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify testing opportunities and enhance ad performance.
  • Implement and evaluate testing for image models and catalog curation logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner integrations and data science support required for testing new channels.
  • Use advanced analytics to drive decision-making and optimize advertising approaches.
  • Regularly communicate results, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Expertise in Social Ads: Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and purchase-optimized marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and able to derive insights from complex data.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field preferred.
