Abilities & Skills:

  • Proven experience running and scaling an affiliate channel, particularly on Facebook and YouTube B2B campaigns
  • Expertise running and scaling Youtube Ads (Video and Demand Gen)
  • Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, including custom intent audiences and YouTube conversion vs. demand-gen campaigns
  • Expertise in TubeSift and similar tools for YouTube targeting
  • Ability to navigate and overcome platform restrictions related to financial services marketing
  • Strong scriptwriting skills for ads, with expertise in A/B testing and hook variation
  • Proficiency in AI-generated video production
  • Expertise with competitor analysis tools
  • Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing to drive conversions
  • Comfortable rapidly scaling ad budgets

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a marketing agency is preferred, particularly in affiliate marketing for B2B brands
  • Experience working in fast-scaling advertising environments
  • Strong track record in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies
  • Bilingual (English & French) is highly preferred

Excellent to have:

  • Video editing skills
  • Experience with TV OTT advertising
  • Prior experience with marketing platforms such as Odoo

About the Role

This is a newly created position critical to TouchSuite’s Canadian expansion. The Performance Marketing Lead will lead digital marketing efforts from scratch—building audiences, testing ad creatives, and optimizing campaigns to drive high-quality leads. Working closely with sales, they will be responsible for scaling campaigns that directly impact revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Facebook, YouTube, and Google, ensuring sustainable growth and scalability
  • Build and refine custom intent audiences for YouTube ad targeting
  • Create, test, and iterate on UGC ad scripts, leveraging AI-generated video production
  • Manage both conservative- and large-scale budget allocations, optimizing spend to maximize ROI
  • Conduct competitor research, utilizing tools like Google Transparency Center
  • Overcome platform restrictions related to sensitive financial services advertising
  • Optimize landing pages through A/B testing to improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are high quality and conversion-ready
