The Role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive full-funnel growth strategies. You’ll be the strategic owner of a portfolio of accounts — managing paid media, optimizing performance, and being the go-to partner for founders, marketers, and operators.
This is not just a media buying role — we’re looking for someone who can confidently lead conversations, solve problems, and build long-term client success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
- Develop and lead full-funnel paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, and other PPC platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Manage campaign execution and optimizations with internal media buyers and creative teams
- Translate performance data into insights and clear communication
- Collaborate on landing page testing, offer iterations, and CRO initiatives
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities within your accounts
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience at a digital / performance marketing agency - apply only if you’ve been in an agency environment
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Experience working directly with clients — you’ve led calls, built strategies, and communicated results
- Strong grasp of media buying principles, funnel strategy, and paid social / search best practices
- Analytical mindset and confidence reading campaign data and performance dashboards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Bonus : experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRO tools, or startup / DTC environments
