Job description

The Performance Head Coach is responsible for providing exceptional service to all Performance Members and developing their Coaches while ensuring the success of Performance programming (Regymen Ninjafit PEAK and other Performance Programs).

What you will be doing :

  • Hiring, training, and developing Performance Coaches
  • Ensuring success of Performance Programs
  • Implementing and managing policies, procedures, and systems as directed by the Vice President of Group Experience, reporting to the General Manager
  • Collaborating on planning and executing Performance classes, events, member retention, and attraction strategies
  • Leading Performance Starter classes 2-4 times weekly
  • Building and maintaining the Performance Member base through various outreach activities
  • Maintaining a strong presence in the club and building relationships within the Performance community
  • Promoting Performance via social media, newsletters, and events
  • Collaborating with the Performance Head Coach network on programming and education
  • Handling member complaints and concerns
  • Working with the Sales Team on weekly events and promotions
  • Participating in meetings and delivering coach training
