Performance programming is one of the main pillars of GoodLife's amenities and is a key driver for Member acquisition and retention through an elevated offering. The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and Performance retention strategies.

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $32.00. The expected range of total compensation is $32.00 - $44 per one hour class (prorated for shorter or longer classes), determined by performance and time in the position.
