GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Performance Coach in Ontario, Canada, to deliver high‑quality, safe, and engaging Performance classes (REGYMEN, HYROX, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, etc.).
The coach will prepare by reviewing plans, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean studio, while handling sub requests, logging hours, and staying connected with the team through meetings and communications. A current fitness certification is required.
Performance programming is one of the main pillars of GoodLife’s amenities and is a key driver for Member acquisition and retention through an elevated offering. The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and Performance retention strategies.

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $32.00. The expected range of total compensation is $32.00 - $44 per one hour class (prorated for shorter or longer classes), determined by performance and time in the position.
