GoodLife Fitness in Burnaby is hiring a Performance Coach to deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive Performance classes (REGYMEN, HYROX, Craft Boxing Co., PEAK, etc.). You will prepare sessions, set up equipment, and follow operating procedures to ensure a top-notch member experience.
The role requires a relevant fitness certification and Canfitpro or equivalent certification, plus prior health and fitness industry experience.
Performance programming is one of the main pillars of GoodLife's amenities and is a key driver for Member acquisition and retention through an elevated offering. The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and Performance retention strategies.

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $32.00. The expected range of total compensation is $32.00 - $44 per one hour class (prorated for shorter or longer classes), determined by performance and time in the position.
