In this 12-months fixed term contract as our Performance and Reward Consultant , you’ll play a key role in supporting our Performance and Reward Team. You’ll provide expert advice, manage salary survey submissions, and ensure accurate benchmarking across the business. You’ll also be the go-to expert for international mobility, supporting assignees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
  • Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
  • Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
  • Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
  • Provide project management support for reward initiatives
  • Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience with Workday – essential experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in international mobility(highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
