A leading tech firm in Montreal is looking for a Performance and Enablement Manager to boost sales effectiveness across its North American Retail GTM organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
As a key member of the Enablement team, you will be responsible for improving rep productivity, supporting sales manager development, and driving the adoption of scalable sales practices. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and the People & Culture team to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement solutions, and own the performance improvement framework end-to-end.
This is an ideal role for someone with a background in sales enablement, sales operations, or direct sales — who loves turning insight into action, cares deeply about helping reps succeed, and wants to make a tangible impact on revenue outcomes.
