Job summary

Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) seeks a motivated intern for May–August 2027 to join the Performance Measurement and Analytics team in Toronto. You will contribute to production of complex investment performance reports, validate data quality, and assist with business process improvements.

Qualifications

Academic completion of 3rd year post-secondary education or higher, with Investments/Accounting understanding.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when delivering work.
Willingness to learn and develop feedback-driven skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand performance measurement and analytics processes to support timely reporting.
Learn methodology to explain performance results to stakeholders.
Interact with upstream teams to investigate data anomalies.
Develop automated business process solutions for the team.
Support other duties as assigned.
