Overview

PepsiCo Beverages 2025 Fall Supply Chain Co-op

Location: Toronto, ON

Fall Term: September – April (8 month term)

Job Type: Onsite

What Will You do in Your First Experience?

You will be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing facilities in Canada. During your term, you will gain critical experiences & skills through improving production efficiencies, innovating business solutions, and implementing process changes. With our Pep+ goals, you can help chart a new course to drive positive action for the plant, our people, and our planet. Throughout the term, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your tangible impact by presenting your contributions to the Supply Chain Leadership team!

Locations such as Moncton, Vancouver, and others offer leadership opportunities, including motivating frontline teams, problem-solving issues, and removing barriers to help “win the shift”. You will also be responsible for tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that support PepsiCo’s goal to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.

Responsibilities
  • Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Applying operational knowledge to support facility equipment reliability
  • Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Achieving safety, line utilization, and quality standards
  • Tracking KPIs and costs to meet financial targets
  • Overseeing equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Maintaining quality management and food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs
Qualifications
  • Available to work from September to April
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences, or similar
  • Second-year students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience and commitment to teamwork
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Proactive, adaptable, with a positive attitude
