Job Type: Full Time, 12-month contract

The Role
The goal of this entry-level position is to introduce you to our different customers, channels, and routes. This role will prepare you for the opportunity to move into your own sales territory, where you will be responsible for growing the business by delivering high-quality customer service, increasing sales volume with the current portfolio, and driving innovation by partnering with our clients.
As part of our field sales team, our sales representatives are at the forefront of ensuring Pepsi’s presence on shelves and in fridges. From small independent shops to large shopping centers, creativity, relationship building, problem solving, and hunger for success are central to each team member.

Responsibilities- Developing business and accounts to increase volume, product distribution, and market share.
- Selling and executing national and local promotions by soliciting placement of marketing equipment, displays, and racks.
- Providing excellent service to assigned accounts; building and maintaining goodwill with customers.
- Effective ordering to prevent out-of-stocks and outdated products.
- Utilizing point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales.
- Collaborating with PBC delivery and merchandising departments to ensure effective service.
- Executing sales plans through selling, merchandising, and creating engaging displays in your territory.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of selling experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to display building and merchandising.
- Overnight shifts may be required for out-of-town routes.
