This entry-level position introduces you to our customers, channels, and routes, preparing you to manage your own sales territory. In this role, you will grow the business by delivering high-quality customer service, increasing sales volume with our current portfolio, and partnering with clients on innovations.

Responsibilities- Develop business and accounts to increase volume, distribution, and market share.
- Implement promotions and solicit placement of marketing equipment and displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain goodwill.
- Manage inventory to prevent out-of-stocks and outdated products.
- Use point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales.
- Coordinate with delivery and merchandising teams for effective service.
- Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and creating displays.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to display building and merchandising.
- Overnight travel may be required.
