Overview

Pepsico Beverages Fall Sales Co-op

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Term: Fall Term: September to December 2025

Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in Your First Experience?

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives:

Ground Up: You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will gain critical sales experiences including but not limited to:

  • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receiving best-in-class coaching, and engaging in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Selling & servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Flexing both your entrepreneurial and physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

Building Critical Business Skills: As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include:

  • POS optimization
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

What Makes This Experience Unique: Based on your success during your co-op term, you will have the opportunity to apply and interview for our Sales Leadership Program. This means you could enter your final year of study with an offer in hand to launch your career with PepsiCo post-graduation!

Qualifications
  • You are available to work full time from: September to December 2025
  • You are in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.
