Overview

As a Sales Representative for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, you will be responsible for maximizing business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across various channels. Your role involves developing positive, ongoing relationships with your customers and helping deliver our popular brands to consumers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving, and creating engaging displays within your assigned territory
  • Onboard new customers to PepsiCo products, services, and promotions to strengthen in-store presence
  • Educate customers about our beverage portfolio and upcoming innovations
  • Develop accounts to meet sales, market share, product distribution, and service targets
  • Identify opportunities for additional displays and promotional programs in stores
  • Utilize knowledge of PepsiCo’s financial measures to meet sales and profit goals
  • Assess customer needs and analyze market trends to develop tailored service solutions
  • Provide exceptional sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure quality service

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education required
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to display building and merchandising
  • 1-2 years of customer service or direct selling experience
  • Food service or consumer products experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
