Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages in Steinbach, MB is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to bring our brands to stores across Canada. If you’re motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and are a team player, this role is for you. Students welcome and prior customer service is a plus.

You will stock shelves, support promotions, and work with Sales and Delivery teams to service Pepsi accounts. A valid Class G driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Physically fit (lifting up to 50 lbs) for the role.
• Able to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Prior merchandising or customer service experience is a plus.
• Previous grocery store experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Support execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Work collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Rotate out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.
