Term : May to August

Job Type : Onsite (Field based)

What will you do in your first experience?

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be immersed in our sales operations, learning about the business from two perspectives:

  • Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing our products to retailers. Gain sales experience including:
  • Building relationships within our Field Sales network, receiving coaching, and engaging with Leadership.
  • Using sales forecasting tools to meet sales targets.
  • Selling and servicing customers in accordance with Customer Development Agreements.
  • Merchandising our brands to execute advertising displays, demonstrating both entrepreneurial and physical skills.
Responsibilities
Building Critical Business Skills
  • Work closely with Sales leaders on a field sales project to deliver results with key customers, including:
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  • Other projects aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications
  • Available to work full-time from January to April.
  • Third-year Business Degree student preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement and ability to manage multiple interests.
  • Problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter capable of planning, prioritizing, and managing work.
