Job summary

Charter is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM Analyst to provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM environments. You will develop, test, and deploy minor customizations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and BI Publisher, while ensuring system stability and adherence to change management standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure functionality, and support upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of PeopleSoft technical support and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules in a production environment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The PeopleSoft HCM/FSM Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials/Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FSM) applications. This role provides Level 2/3 application support, troubleshoots and resolves production issues, delivers minor customizations and configuration changes, and ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of the PeopleSoft environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT partners, the analyst gathers requirements, recommends solutions, and implements enhancements that support evolving business needs. The role includes developing and maintaining PeopleSoft objects such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker interfaces, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, and SQL scripts, while adhering to established development, security, and change management standards.

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules in a production environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Experience with FSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft PUM updates, and application upgrades.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
