Job Description:

• The PeopleSoft Financials Developer will be responsible for the development, support, and optimization of PeopleSoft Financial applications.
• This role requires a strong understanding of PeopleTools, financial modules, and excellent collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools (e.g., Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Integration Broker).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Apply updates, patches, and upgrades to PeopleSoft systems.
• Create functional and technical documentation and deliver user training on PeopleSoft functionalities.
• Optimize the performance of PeopleSoft applications and related systems.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery management.
• Support financial system integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Solid understanding of both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules: Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Working knowledge of any two of the following modules: Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), Billing, Expense.
• Expertise in PeopleTools (e.g., Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Integration Broker).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships with users and work in cross-functional teams.

Should Have:

• Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and maintenance.
• Knowledge of performance tuning for PeopleSoft applications.
• Experience with financial system integration and supporting data consistency.
• Ability to deliver customer-facing presentations and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
