• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
• Participate in system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
• Stay current with PeopleSoft updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, HR, or Supply Chain modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as Integration Broker and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Certification in PeopleSoft development or related technologies.
