REALIGN LLC in Toronto, ON seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist to manage PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleTools, and GL with hands-on development, upgrades, and production support. The role includes BI Publisher, nVision, SQL, and Fluid development for reliable solutions.

The position handles integrations, upgrade activities, and technical documentation, with onsite work four days per week and close collaboration with business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleTools.

• Develop and support PeopleSoft Financials solutions with focus on GL.
• Develop and customize using PeopleCode, AE, CI, and File Layouts.
• Configure and support Integration Broker and web service integrations.
• Develop and maintain SQR, BI Publisher, and nVision reports.
• Support upgrades, PUM activities, and Fluid development.
• Write complex SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleTools, General Ledger (GL), development, upgrades, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, SQL, and Fluid development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support PeopleSoft Financials solutions with strong focus on the General Ledger (GL) module
• Work extensively with GL functionalities including journal creation, processing, multicurrency, allocations, closing, consolidation, equitization, and interunit processing
• Develop and customize using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and File Layouts
• Develop and maintain SQR, BI Publisher, and nVision reports
• Configure and support Integration Broker and web service integrations
• Support PeopleSoft Financials upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) activities
• Perform Fluid development including Tiles and Homepage configuration
• Develop technical design documents and solution documentation
• Perform end-to-end system integration and external interface configuration and testing
• Write complex SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Integrate third-party applications using web services
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions
• Collaborate with customers, developers, and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions
• Work with change control tools such as PHIRE and STAT
• Support the latest PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools releases

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleTools
• Extensive PeopleCode development experience, particularly in General Ledger
• Strong knowledge of GL business processes and functionalities
• Experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and nVision
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM is highly preferred
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Fluid development, Tiles, and Homepage
• Experience with system integrations, web services, and external interfaces
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
