Benevity, Calgary-based, is seeking a People Systems Specialist to manage HRIS/ATS workflows, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across Finance, IT, and Legal. You will own system design, automate processes, and contribute to talent programs, while ensuring data privacy and secure access.
You will collaborate across departments in a flexible hybrid setup, engage with multiple stakeholders, and help scale Benevity’s people operations as the company grows.

Benevity is seeking a People Systems Specialist reporting into the Director, People Systems. If you're driven by connecting the dots between process, technology, and data, this role is for you. You'll help run the systems — workflows, tools, and frameworks — that carry a Benevity-ite through their whole lifecycle, from recruitment through off-boarding, while also building the reporting, automation, and program work that lets the team operate at scale. This position provides a distinctive chance to engage with multiple departments, including Finance, IT, and Legal, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
